Terms of use

These terms cover your use of RPX Clothing Tool (“RPX”), this website and the client area, provided by RPX Tools (“we”). By buying a plan or using RPX you agree to them.

Your licence

When you buy a plan you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use RPX for as long as your plan is active:

• Basic (monthly): on 1 PC, with up to 3 exports in any 7 days, each up to 1 GB.
• Pro (monthly): on 2 PCs, with unlimited exports.
• Studio (one-time): on 2 PCs, with unlimited exports, for as long as RPX is offered.

You sign in with Discord. One plan is for one person — don't share your account, sign-in or licence.

What you may not do

• Share, resell or publish the installer or any part of RPX.
• Get around the licence, PC or export limits, or reverse-engineer, decompile or modify RPX.
• Use RPX on files you don't have the right to use. You're responsible for the clothing and other content you open, change and publish with RPX.

Payments

Purchases are made on our Tebex store (rpx.tebex.io), which processes the payment under its own terms. Monthly plans renew until you cancel; access continues to the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Availability and updates

RPX checks your licence online and works offline for up to 3 days between checks. We aim to keep RPX and the licence service available and updated, but can't promise they'll never be interrupted. We may change features over time.

Ending access

We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, a payment is charged back or refunded, or an account is used for abuse. We'll tell you why in the client area or on Discord.

No warranty and liability

RPX writes its results to new folders and never overwrites your originals, but please keep your own backups. RPX is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

RPX is an independent tool. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re. Grand Theft Auto and FiveM are trademarks of their owners.
