Privacy policy

This explains what RPX Tools collects when you use RPX Clothing Tool, this website and the client area, and why. We keep it to what's needed to run your licence.
What we collect
| Your Discord account | When you sign in with Discord: your Discord ID, username, display name, avatar, and email address with whether Discord has verified it. We use the email only to match your Tebex purchase to you. |
|---|---|
| Purchases | From Tebex: transaction ID, package, amount and currency, payment status, subscription dates and the email used at checkout. We never see your card or PayPal details. |
| Your PCs | The PC's name (e.g. “JORDAN-PC”), an anonymous identifier made from your PC's Windows ID (we never receive the ID itself), the RPX version, and when each PC was last used. |
| How RPX is used | Which features are used and when (for example “export” or “optimizer”), counts such as how many items were exported, and the size of each export so Basic's limits work. Never the contents of your files. |
| Security | IP addresses, for rate limits and to record sign-ins to the admin panel. |
Cookies
The client area uses one cookie to keep you signed in. It's needed for the site to work. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. The website loads nothing from other companies, except your Discord avatar in the client area, which comes from Discord.
Who else is involved
- Discord — for signing in (Discord's privacy policy applies to your Discord account).
- Tebex — processes payments as the store's merchant of record, under its own privacy policy.
Our licence server runs on our own server. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and purchase records while you're a customer and as long as needed for accounting and to handle disputes. Database backups are kept for 14 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Ask us in our Discord. If you're in the UK or EU you can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
Changes
If we change what we collect we'll update this page and the date above.
