Refund policy

RPX is a digital product that unlocks straight away, so we can't take it back like a physical item. We still want you to be happy with it.

Monthly plans (Basic and Pro)

Cancel any time. RPX keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
We don't refund part-months.
If RPX doesn't work on your PC and we can't fix it, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it.

If RPX doesn't work on your PC and we can't fix it, ask within 14 days of buying and we'll refund it.
After a refund, the licence ends.

Message us in our Discord with your Tebex transaction ID (it starts with “tbx-”). Refunds go back to the way you paid, through Tebex.

Please talk to us first. A chargeback or disputed payment suspends your RPX access while it's open.

This policy doesn't affect your legal rights.
